DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The first step in any project is the design process. Here, we meet with you to determine your goals and requirements. We listen to your ideas and collaborate to design solutions that meet your needs and budget.
ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
From helping you visualize your completed project to navigating the approval process with your co-op board, our LEED-accredited architect prepares plans that are ready to submit to the NYC Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are experts at coordinating every detail of your project so that it turns out as intended. From accepting deliveries to supervising contractors we handle everything so you don’t have to.
