East 69th Street

About The Project

In this Upper East Side two-bedroom, we gut-renovated the apartment for this young family’s modern life.

The kitchen was completely modernized with custom cabinetry and carrara countertops with a full backsplash. Undercabinet lighting was installed to create a soft glow.

We completely renovated the bathroom, converting the tub into a shower with all marble tiles. The custom-sized glass shower door conveniently opens in and out.

What We Did

We created additional storage space and a home office using custom cabinetry.

One of the bedrooms was transformed using a soothing pink paint color for the client’s two young daughters. The kids’ bath received some fresh updates in the form of a new custom vanity, mirrored cabinet, lighting and floor tile. The original wall tiles we cleaned and re-grouted to make them sparkle like new.

The entire apartment was skim coated with three layers of plaster and finished in Farrow & Ball paint. Wide plank oak floors were installed throughout.
